ABOUT
I am one thing — expressed in many ways.
Over 15 years of working in design have shaped how I see, think and communicate visually. Across in-house roles, agencies and freelance projects, design has never just been a job. It has been the language I think in.
In 2022, I added a new dimension to that language: tattooing. What began as a natural extension of my artistic practice has become one of the most direct and intimate forms of work I know. Tattooing is physical, emotional and often deeply personal — for the person in the chair and for me. I work with themes that have always mattered to me: inner processes, belief systems, healing, self-relation, and the body as a place where all of that lives.
Becoming fully self-employed in 2025 was a conscious decision to bring all of this together on my own terms — to choose where my time and energy go, and to work with people and projects that feel aligned.
Beyond client work, I move through other worlds too. I photograph. I DJ under the name Jopka. I make work that doesn't fit a brief and doesn't need to. Body Relics, my ongoing photographic series, is part of that — a celebration of bodies in all their forms, and a pushback against the patriarchal structures that decide which bodies are seen, sexualised or silenced.
I take my work seriously. And I take the people I work with seriously.
If this resonates — I'd love to hear from you.
